Where Rehab Harmony has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), they will claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the terms of the service agreement with the participant. A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participant:
1. does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or
2. has given less than two (2) clear business days’ notice for a support.

Where we are not invoicing an organisation or third party, please note there is a 1.9% credit card surcharge for relevant transactions. Note you can also direct deposit your session fees upon receipt of our invoice.
We are not a registered NDIS provider but we can provide services if you are self-managed or plan-managed. The fee is always in alignment with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
NDIS Service Agreements will be agreed with each NDIS Participant or their Plan Nominee upon intake to the service.
